Outcomes Accelerator
Overview
The Outcomes Accelerator is a public-private, global initiative that funds and accelerates the testing, scaling and mainstreaming of outcomes-based financing instruments. The Outcomes Accelerator was conceived to address the key market barriers and catalyze capacity to translate learning into replication and scaling of impact. The Outcomes Accelerator offers three main products:
Pipeline Acceleration
Seed funding, expertise, and matchmaking to support the design and incubation of promising outcomes-based finance instruments and programs.
Market Facilitation
Promote activities and collaborations to address systemic barriers to wider adoption and mainstreaming of outcomes approaches in support of the SDGs.
Capacity Creation
Promote access to technical assistance and expertise in partnership with existing knowledge hubs.
Levoca’s Role
Levoca serves as the Manager of the Outcomes Accelerator. We lead the day-to-day operations of the Accelerator, including market calls, screening and assessment of initiatives, governing committee preparation, ongoing collaborations and value creation work with the funded initiatives.
Partners
The Outcomes Accelerator is funded by the UBS Optimus Foundation, UK Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office (FCDO) and the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). The Accelerator also works with a wide network of partners across the Outcomes-Based Finance landscape.
