The Outcomes Finance Alliance is a global forum for organizations working to enhance development effectiveness through outcomes-based financing. Since 2018, OFA members act collaboratively to improve and launch concrete initiatives to address barriers to mainstreaming of OBF approaches and move the market toward maturity.
The Outcomes Accelerator is a global initiative that funds and accelerates the testing, scaling and mainstreaming of outcomes-based financing instruments. It offers three main products: pipeline acceleration, market facilitation and capacity creation.
